The Massaquoi Vocational Training Institute (MVTI) was founded in 2022 by Mr. Korva Massaquoi in Voinjama City, Lofa County, with a clear mission: to equip youth and adults with practical, hands-on skills that lead to real opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship.
MVTI was established to address the growing demand for technical skills in Liberia—especially in rural areas where access to formal training is limited. Mr. Massaquoi, driven by a deep commitment to education and community development, envisioned an institution where students could learn, grow, and thrive in a rapidly changing world.
